We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department and assisting with daily tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and make travel arrangements for department members
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Conduct research and provide information to support department projects and initiatives
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Must be comfortable working in a multicultural environment
