Contract Secretary (Indian Nationals Only)
We are seeking an experienced and organized Contract Secretary to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Contract Secretary, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the company through administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records. This is a contract position suitable for Indian nationals who possess excellent English speaking skills and have experience working as a secretary. Knowledge of biometric passport procedures is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Prepare and maintain important documents such as reports, contracts, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records of important information
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of information
- Provide general support to visitors when needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality with valid residency visa in UAE
- Knowledge of biometric passport procedures is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
