Concierge Assistant (Indian/Malayalee) in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian/Malayalee Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide them with information about the hotel and surrounding area
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and handling any special requests
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities
- Arrange transportation or make reservations for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages would be an asset)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 12th pass certificate required
- Must be willing to work without accommodation provided
- Valid visa and ticket will be provided by the company
