Part-Time Office Clerk (English Speaking) in Dukhan, Qatar
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an English-speaking office clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform data entry and update spreadsheets
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office clerk or similar role preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Biometric passport holder preferred
