Job Title: Industrial Engineer - Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist (Ar-Ruwais, Qatar)


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes and increase efficiency in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and procedures.
- Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports on progress towards targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and Lean principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, or JMP.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
