Concierge Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Concierge Coordinator to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs and requests are promptly and efficiently met. This is a full-time position that is open to all nationalities, including Africans and Malayalees. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Receive and handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Provide information about the hotel's services, facilities, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services for guests as needed
- Maintain an organized system for tracking guest requests and following up on them
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and ensure prompt resolution of any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assist with special projects or events as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
