Logistics Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly efficient and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain process.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth transportation of goods
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs documents
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for replenishment
- Handle any issues or delays in the shipping process
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
- Manage logistics budget and negotiate rates with carriers
- Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain role is not required but preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and customers
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel for data analysis
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation in Sharjah on an urgent basis
