Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is an urgent position and we prefer candidates with previous experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Keep the office clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Fluency in English is not required but considered a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
