Merchandiser vacancy in Ajman UAE

Merchandiser (Indian Nationals)
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Merchandisers to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting the sale of products in retail stores. This position is suitable for men with excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and place orders
- Create attractive displays to showcase products and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Build positive relationships with store managers and staff to ensure product placement and visibility
- Analyze sales data to make recommendations for product promotions or markdowns
- Train store staff on product features and benefits

Requirements:
- Indian national, preferably residing in Ajman or willing to relocate
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Familiarity with retail sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be able to provide proof of previous employment experience
