Administrative Manager - Pakistanis (Abu Dhabi, UAE)


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative staff, including receptionists, clerks, and office assistants
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and order as needed
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the organization
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for management as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative or managerial role required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This position is open to Pakistani nationals who have a valid work permit for Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. We welcome applications from qualified male candidates who meet the above requirements.
