Job Title: Hotel Manager (Indian Nationals)

Our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian nationals. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff members, including front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance personnel
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy levels
- Monitor budget and financial performance of the hotel
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Conduct regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
