Merchandiser - Sharjah, UAE (Malayalee preferred)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective strategies to promote and sell our products to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans that align with company goals and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to negotiate pricing and manage inventory levels
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and showcase products
- Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Participate in creating marketing campaigns and promotional events

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality is preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with market research methods and data analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
