Administrative Coordinator (Indian Nationals Only)
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative tasks and coordinating various office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, as well as a strong understanding of administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all administrative inquiries
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior staff
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their administrative needs
Requirements:
- Indian nationality is a must
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with biometric passport processes is a plus
