Night Auditor - Hospitality Professional


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and operational activities during the night shift in our hotel. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, strong mathematical abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-of-day accounting procedures, including balancing of accounts and preparation of daily reports
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of room inventory and occupancy levels
- Prepare and distribute wake-up calls for guests as requested
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Night Auditor in the hospitality industry
- Strong mathematical abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
