Contract Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. This is a contract position, suitable for men, with no English language requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Review contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks or issues
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for contract creation and execution
- Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties fulfill their obligations
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, including amendments and revisions
- Communicate with clients or vendors regarding contract-related matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role
- Experience working with biometric passports is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
