Logistics Coordinator - Pakistani National (Sharjah, UAE)


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the transportation and distribution of goods in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Plan and schedule shipments based on customer orders and project timelines
- Arrange for necessary documentation, permits, and customs clearance for international shipments
- Monitor shipment progress and address any delays or issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide updates on shipment status
- Identify opportunities for cost savings in transportation and logistics processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Previous experience in logistics coordination or related field required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Must be able to provide own accommodations
