Warehouse Manager for Biometric Passport Warehouse in Jabal-Ali, UAE

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our Biometric Passport warehouse located in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse including inventory control, staff supervision, and ensuring efficient and timely distribution of biometric passports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly received, stored, and distributed
- Monitor warehouse equipment and schedule maintenance as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse management role
- Experience working with biometric passports is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
