House Manager (Pakistani)
As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of a private residence in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a contract job that does not require proficiency in English. As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in managing household staff and coordinating various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the household.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage household staff, including cleaners, cooks, and gardeners
- Create schedules and assign duties to staff members
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and groceries
- Oversee the maintenance of the residence and coordinate repairs when necessary
- Plan and oversee events or gatherings held at the residence
- Coordinate with outside vendors for any necessary services or repairs
- Handle administrative tasks such as paying bills, managing budgets, and maintaining records
- Ensure the security of the residence at all times
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Previous experience as a House Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of household management best practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Good communication skills in order to effectively interact with staff members, vendors, and residents
- Must have valid UAE visa
