Administrative Coordinator - English Speaking (Visa Sponsorship Available)
We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As a key member of our administrative team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and coordination for our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative inquiries and requests
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely restocking when needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and reimbursements
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary resources are available
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects and tasks
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential for this role
- Must have experience in a similar administrative position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
