Hotel Manager
As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel in Doha, Qatar. Your main responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall financial performance of the hotel. This is a contract position that does not require previous experience in hospitality management. We welcome applicants from all nationalities, including Indians and Africans.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all departments of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards
- Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Create and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the hotel
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain supplies and equipment for the hotel
- Work with marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is not required for this position
- Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
