Office Assistant - Indian Nationals (Contract Role)
Our company, located in Al-Wakra, Qatar, is currently seeking an Office Assistant who is an Indian national for a contract role. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Manage office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Make travel arrangements as needed
- Provide support to other team members when needed
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
