We are seeking a qualified and experienced Librarian to join our team at a prestigious educational institution in Sharjah. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library resources and providing quality services to students, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the library collection, including selection, acquisition, cataloging, and classification of materials
- Ensure the availability of up-to-date and relevant resources for students and faculty
- Provide reference assistance and instruction to library users
- Develop and implement library policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of circulation, inventory, and usage statistics
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate information literacy into curriculum
- Train students in using library resources effectively
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in library technology and incorporate new methods into daily operations
- Supervise other library staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a librarian
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with cataloging systems and database management
- Knowledge of current trends in information literacy education
- Excellent communication skills
