Part Time Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. This position is open to individuals of Pakistani nationality who are looking for part-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the office staff
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
