Administrative Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As the leader of our administrative department, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to support the overall goals of the organization
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to administrative functions
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and other events as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proven experience in budget management
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Qatar or the Middle East region
- Previous experience working with Indian or Malayalee communities
- Fluency in Hindi or Malayalam
- Prior experience working in a contract-based job
