Merchandiser (Indian Nationals)
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting the sales of our products in retail stores. Your main duties will include creating attractive displays, ensuring product availability and maintaining stock levels, negotiating with suppliers, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role
- Knowledge of retail operations and market trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Full-time availability with willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving merchandise

Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are always available on shelves
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving sales
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Communicate effectively with store managers to discuss promotional plans
- Participate in product launches, special events, and promotions
- Keep track of product expiry dates and rotate stock accordingly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns regarding products
