Office Assistant (Egyptian)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Egyptian Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various office tasks. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in an office setting is required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
