Administrative Assistant for English-Speaking Company in Umm-Said, Qatar
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker and have experience providing administrative support in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Create and update records, databases, and files in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for staff members
- Provide general administrative support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Fluency in English is essential (additional proficiency in Arabic is a plus)
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
