Industrial Engineer


We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement efficient production methods
- Design and implement new systems and procedures to optimize production
- Conduct time studies to determine the most efficient use of resources
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through waste reduction and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow
- Monitor production metrics and make recommendations for improvement
- Train employees on new processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or similar role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic fluency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Ar-Ruwais, Qatar
