We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping team, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are kept clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry attendants, and public area cleaners.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms meet company standards of cleanliness.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the property.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of services.
- Keep track of expenses and budget for the housekeeping department.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred but not required).
- Must have legal authorization to work in Qatar.
