Front Desk Receptionist - English Speaking (Indian/Pakistani) in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist who is fluent in English and preferably of Indian or Pakistani nationality to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products or services
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance with a friendly attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
