Merchandiser - Full Time (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability of our products. This role is open to Africans and Egyptians with a valid visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans that align with company objectives
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product assortment and pricing
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
- Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with marketing team to create visually appealing displays in stores

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus
