Administrative Assistant - Umm-Said, Qatar (African Applicants Preferred)
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As an administrative assistant, you will provide support to the office staff and ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Preferred Qualifications:
- African nationality preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
