Office Assistant - Indian English Speaking (Contract)
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Indian English speaker, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. This is a contract position without accommodation provided, so it is suitable for male candidates with their own visa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Keep track of important deadlines and assist with meeting preparations
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly labeled and stored
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Requirements:
- Fluency in English - both written and spoken
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid UAE residence visa (own visa)
- Available to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided
