Hotel Manager for English-Speaking Hotel in Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our English-speaking hotel in Doha, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor employee performance and provide necessary training or corrective action as needed
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Maintain financial records and prepare budgets for approval by management
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel's services and attract new guests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant role in a similar establishment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership abilities with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good understanding of hotel management software
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Preference will be given to Indian nationals with prior experience working in the hospitality industry. This position is suitable for male candidates only. Accommodation will not be provided.
