Executive Chef for Indian Cuisine in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar
We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine kitchen team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently served to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Create and design menus featuring authentic Indian dishes
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and assistants
- Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation to maintain high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new dishes
- Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
