Indian Administrator for Part Time English Speaking Role in Al-Khor, Qatar
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Indian Administrator to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to our team. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company records, including contracts, invoices, and other documents
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or redirecting to the appropriate person
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure all biometric passports are up-to-date for employees
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Must be Indian national currently residing in Al-Khor, Qatar
- Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have a biometric passport for employment verification purposes
- Available to work part-time hours without accommodation
