Office Assistant (Part-time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing schedules, and assisting with office operations. This is a part-time position without accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner
- Manage schedules and calendars for the office
