Merchandiser Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Merchandiser Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Merchandiser in managing inventory, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Merchandiser in creating and maintaining purchase orders
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product assortment
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Communicate any delays or issues with deliveries to the merchandising team
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive product displays
- Assist in conducting market research to identify new product opportunities
- Participate in store visits to gather feedback on product performance
- Maintain accurate records of all merchandise transactions
- Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and priced

Requirements:
- Pakistani or Egyptian nationality preferred but not required
- No English language proficiency required
- Previous experience in a merchandising role is not necessary, training will be provided
- Must be able to work on a contract basis
- Must have own visa for employment in Sharjah, UAE
- Accommodation will be provided by the company
