Logistics Coordinator - Indian Nationals (Part-Time)
Our logistics company in Sharjah, UAE is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is specifically open to Indian nationals with a valid biometric passport.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and materials for our clients. Your main duties will include tracking shipments, communicating with suppliers and carriers, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to resolve any issues or delays
- Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders as needed
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in the logistics process
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
