We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
- Must be of Egyptian nationality
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Must be able to work part-time hours
- Accommodation will not be provided
- Must have a valid UAE visa and be willing to provide a free visa and ticket if necessary
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take messages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Assist with organizing meetings and preparing materials as needed
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred)
