Administrative Director
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. This position is open to Malayalees who are fluent in English and have experience in administrative roles.
As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of our company. This includes managing our office operations, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the company
- Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to administrative tasks
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the administrative team
Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Proven experience in an administrative role (minimum 5 years)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience managing budgets and expenses
- Knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
