Hotel Manager (Indian Nationals)
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will bring a deep understanding of Indian culture and hospitality to provide exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Monitor budgets and expenses to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the hotel
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and health codes

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in a management role in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Strong knowledge of Indian culture and customs
