Job Title: Merchandiser - Dubai, UAE


We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Merchandisers to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient display and promotion of products in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandise displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for product placement
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies for new products or seasonal campaigns
- Maintain visual standards of the store by arranging products in an organized and visually appealing manner
- Create accurate reports on sales, inventory, and product performance

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of retail operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior
- Fluency in Arabic language is a plus
