We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in an administrative support role. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have accommodation in or near Haur-Fakkan, UAE
