Merchandiser (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as Merchandisers in Doha, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, your main responsibility will be to ensure that products are effectively displayed and promoted in retail stores, with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and store managers to ensure timely delivery and display of products
- Create attractive product displays and arrange products according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overages to appropriate parties
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, availability, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for increasing sales and profits
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national, fluent in Hindi or English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- No previous experience required - on-the-job training will be provided
- Must have good communication skills and be able to effectively interact with customers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to work on a contract basis
- Must be willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar
- Accommodation, visa sponsorship, and airfare will be provided by the company
