Merchandiser (Malayalee) in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE


We are seeking a dynamic and hardworking Merchandiser who is fluent in English and holds a Malayalee nationality to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability for our company's products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Create attractive product displays to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on pricing and product placement
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best deals for our company
- Participate in product development meetings to provide insights from a merchandising perspective

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must hold a Malayalee nationality
- Prior experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work on weekends if needed
