Administrative Coordinator - Lusail, Qatar (Indian Nationals)
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian national to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator in Lusail, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our company by handling administrative tasks and providing support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients or customers
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national residing in Lusail, Qatar or willing to relocate
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
