We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an administrative coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the team
- Assist with preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Act as the main point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
