Indian Administrator for Women's Accommodation in Al-Khor, Qatar
We are seeking a full-time Indian Administrator to manage the operations and maintenance of a women's accommodation facility in Al-Khor, Qatar. This position is ideal for an English-speaking individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has experience in managing accommodation facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the women's accommodation facility
- Ensure all rooms are properly maintained and cleaned
- Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for any repairs or upgrades needed
- Manage check-ins and check-outs of residents, ensuring accurate record keeping
- Address any concerns or complaints from residents in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents
- Prepare monthly reports on occupancy rates and expenses
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with proficiency in English
- Previous experience in managing accommodation facilities preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Must have knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding accommodations
