Job Title: Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities and requires excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain office files and documents
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with data entry, typing, and proofreading tasks
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
